The space affordances allow for less conspicuous storage of objects around the house. I stored a pottery wheel for long term underneath and kept a projector better protected but accessible for convenient daily use.
Chevron is made of scraps collected from a wood shop floor.
Designed to solve space issues in small apartments, this table provides a usable surface, protected shelf and a covered storage cavity. Made of scrap plywood and pine, the table’s design takes a cue from the layered aesthetic of plywood edges, leaving them exposed and alternating with contrasting wood to make a striped chevron pattern.
